A New Member Perk and Seeking a Head Chef!

First, we do want to preface this blog by saying we apologize there have been so many blog updates from us lately! If you can’t tell, we’re chomping at the bit for the golf season to start and many changes have been happening behind the scenes!

At Cedar Knoll Country Club, we’re always looking to improve, as such, we want to share two exciting updates. The first update is related to a new member benefit that we have decided to offer. The second update is to introduce our new, temporary head chef and an additional open position in our restaurant!

New Temporary Head Chef: Elise Ayer!

Elise will be working with her brother, yours truly, to implement an honest and healthy menu for Red's Bar and Grille this summer. Even though we are excited for Elise to take the reigns in the kitchen, it is not permanent, and we are looking for someone to take over at some point this year and into the future! 

New Member Benefit: Discounted Cart Rates 

Starting in the 2025 season, members will enjoy discounted cart rates! For non-members, cart rates will be increasing slightly for the 2025 season owing to market forces.

Members, we hope that you take full advantage of this new discount! Guests, we hope that you consider joining Cedar Knoll in the future to take advantage of this awesome perk!

Join Our Team: Head Chef/Kitchen Manager Opportunity 

We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team for the 2025 season and beyond! While we’re fortunate to have an accomplished cook (pictured above), leading our kitchen for the upcoming season, we’re looking for someone to work alongside them, learn the ropes, and eventually take the helm of our restaurant operations.
