About the Role
We are looking for a candidate to fill this position for the 2025 season!
Bartenders and beverage cart operators run the front-of-house portion of the Cedar Knoll food and beverage operation. People in this position are most often working the bar alone except for the busiest of times. There will also be some events outside of normal business hours that bar staff may be expected to work. If you're new to bartending, don't worry, we provide on-the-job training!
This position shares a tip-pool with the kitchen staff due to high levels of collaboration.
Responsibilities
Bar
Take orders, accept payments for and serve food/drink.
Properly ID patrons and ensure safe drinking environment.
Keep bar area neat and cleanly to CKCC standards.

Bussing/clearing down tables.
Cleaning dining area.
Serving food to patrons.
Beverage Cart
Operate beverage cart safely and responsibly.
Properly ID patrons and ensure safe drinking environment.
Stock and unload beverage cart.
Take orders, accept payments for and serve food/drink.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
15 hours per week (minimum).
Must have a flexible schedule.
Ability to work a variety of shifts.
VT DLC serving certification!
Customer service attitude!
Able to work in high stress situations.
Reliable, communicative, and willing to learn!
2-3 References - If applicable.
